Below are our Vendor requirements and information for our first Slingshot Fam Fest event.

 

Here are the details:

- Saturday, September 16th, 2023 - 3pm to 8:30pm at Two90 Food Court  (8131 Jones Rd, Jersey Village TX, 77065).

​

Along with our Vendor Market we will also be featuring:

- Food trucks

- Music + Live Performances

- Slingshot car show + Best in show Award

- Sponsored Giveaways

- Kid games and activities

 

This event is free & open to the public and is family and pet friendly. This event is outdoors.

Vendor Requirements:

​

- All vendor submissions are subject to approval. If you're not approved, you will receive a full refund. 

​

- If you need power, you must bring a generator. We don't have any outlets. ​

​

Vendor Fee/Set up:​​

 

Vendor setup begins at 12pm. We ask that everyone be set up by 2:45pm (3pm the absolute latest) and not leave or begin to break down/clean up until 8:00/8:30pm. One of our team members will give you the green light so you can begin to break down. If you have to leave early, please let us know via email at least 3 days before the event so we can be prepared and best accommodate you. ​

10X10 outdoor TENT spot: $100

- This spot is 10x10 in size. DOES NOT INCLUDE TENT OR TABLES. You must bring your own set up.

​

- All vendor fees are non-refundable.

- We are only accepting 2 vendors of similar categories.

​

VENDOR SUBMISSIONS ARE ALL SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. IF YOU DO NOT GET APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

 

BREAKDOWN AND CLEAN UP:

All vendors are expected to clean up their area after breaking down their set up. Please make sure to pick up all trash, plates, cups and left over food items before leaving.

PARKING:

 

- Parking for this event is street parking across the street and adjacent. 

 

We are not liable for any tickets, towing or damage to your vehicle. We ask that you please pay attention to all street signs while choosing a parking spot.

 

Fee Submission and Vendor Deadline:

 

Our vendor deadline for this event is on Thursday, September 14th, 2023. 

 

We cannot accept any more vendors once we reach capacity or the deadline has passed.
